From silence to dialogue.
Psychological safety made concrete
Most people know they “should talk to each other more”. But what really weighs on people stays below the surface. We make open dialogue safe and measurable, so you talk about what actually matters.
About the method
What nobody says in the meeting is often what matters most
Much of what decides wellbeing and collaboration is never said out loud. What gets said in meetings is only the tip of the iceberg; the rest lies below the surface. Not because people don’t want to speak, but because it doesn’t feel safe, or because there’s no good place to raise it. The result is silent meetings, guesswork and decisions based on half the picture.
We use anonymous, dialogue-based tools such as involved.ai to surface what people hold back: everyone contributes on equal terms and anonymously, and the insights come out as both numbers and words you can act on. From there, we facilitate the conversation that follows from the data, so you move from measuring to real change.
The method puts psychological safety into practice, and it draws on experience from employee involvement.

How it works
From an anonymous voice to shared action
A programme that makes sure the insights don’t end up as a report gathering dust on a shelf.
01
Mapping
Everyone contributes anonymously through involved.ai. In a short time, you have an honest picture of what’s on people’s minds, without anyone being forced to speak up in front of the group.
02
Prioritising
The tool gathers the many voices into a few clear themes, so you know where the conversation should start.
03
Facilitated dialogue
We run the workshop the data points to, in a safe setting, so the difficult things can be said out loud and turned into agreements.
04
Follow-up
After a while, you measure again and see what has shifted. From a hunch to something you can track.
What you get
What you get out of it
Not another wellbeing survey, but a conversation that actually changes something.
01
What goes unsaid, out in the open
Anonymity makes it easier to say it like it is, so you hear what would otherwise go unsaid.
02
From measuring to action
Data is only the start. The value lies in the dialogue and the agreements that follow.
03
Broader ownership
When everyone has been heard, the solutions are shared rather than imposed.
04
A measurable starting point
You can see how things develop over time, and keep measuring once you run it yourselves.

Frequently asked questions about dialogue and psychological safety
It’s a programme where we first use a digital tool such as involved.ai to gather honest, anonymous input from everyone, and then facilitate a dialogue built on what comes out. The aim is to move from silence and guesswork to a shared, concrete conversation and agreements you can act on.
Involved.ai is a Danish/European tool for gathering anonymous input: everyone contributes on equal terms, with no login and no tracking, and you get both qualitative and quantitative results. We use it to get the hard things said, safely and without anyone having to put themselves on the spot.
No. A standard survey often ends up as a report that never leads to action. Here, the measurement is only the first step. The core is the facilitated dialogue and the agreements that follow, so the insights actually change everyday work.
Teams, leadership teams and departments where meetings go quiet, frustration goes unspoken, or there’s a sense that something isn’t being said. It works both in person and online, and it’s a natural follow-up to a talk on psychological safety or wellbeing.
