Hybrid Leadership 2.0
Hybrid work is the norm now. But many organisations still struggle to agree how they actually work together. Our newly updated talk tackles the hard parts, and what leaders and employees need to watch out for. A talk that gives the whole organisation a shared language and concrete tools from day one.
About the talk
Not more rules.
A clearer framework.
Hybrid Leadership 2.0 begins with the everyday reality participants know: meetings piling up, unclear agreements, and relationships that quietly erode when we don’t share an office every day.
We use the 5 pillars of hybrid leadership to make hybrid work concrete. The model comes from a Danish method we call De 5 R’er. Participants leave with a shared language and a handful of practical steps they can use the very next week. Tailored to your organisation, not a generic template.

Frequently asked questions about talks on hybrid leadership
It’s about what hybrid work asks of leaders and employees once the novelty has worn off: clear agreements, meetings that work for the people in the room and the people on screen, and relationships that don’t quietly erode. The framework is the 5 pillars of hybrid leadership.
The whole organisation. We run it for leadership teams, for employees, or for both together on the same day. Participants don’t need any background knowledge.
Direction, Relationships, Ways of working, Rhythms and Resilience. Five disciplines that together cover what hybrid leadership takes in practice. The Danish name, De 5 R’er, comes from the five Danish words for them.
Yes. In a 2 to 4 hour workshop, participants work on their own meetings and agreements rather than textbook cases.
