Talks and workshops on hybrid leadership
We give talks and workshops for organisations that have made hybrid work part of everyday life, but whose collaboration hasn’t quite caught up. The same core content, six topics, two formats.
Talks and workshops
The same core content, two ways to bring it into your organisation
A talk gives the whole organisation the same picture and a shared language in an hour. A workshop takes the next step: you work on your own meetings, agreements and rhythms, and leave with something you’ve written yourselves.
Most topics can be run as either, and many organisations choose a talk in the morning and a workshop after lunch. What they all share is one framework, the 5 pillars of hybrid leadership: Direction, Relationships, Ways of working, Rhythms and Resilience. It’s built on a Danish method we call De 5 R’er, after the Danish words Retning, Relationer, Rammer, Rytmer and Robusthed. Planning around a particular occasion? Denmark’s Mental Health Day in week 41 (early October) is the one most people ask about.

Topics
Choose what you need
Most topics can be given as a talk or a workshop. Click through to a topic to see what the two formats include.
Workshop
Hybrid collaboration and your core work
How the team stays focused on its core work when everyday work is spread across places, weeks and screens.
Want to put your collaboration in writing? The Hybrid Team Charter is a free worksheet, and we also use it as the working document in the workshop.
Formats
A talk, a workshop or both
The same core content, packaged for the setting you need. Many choose a talk for the whole organisation and a workshop for the team that has to take it further.
Talk
A talk for the conference, the kick-off, the leadership gathering or the staff day. Everyone hears the same thing, and you have a shared language when you walk out the door.
Workshop
We work with your own day-to-day reality, not textbook cases. You leave with a draft of your own agreements, which the team owns and can follow up on.
Virtual format
The same content, given online or hybrid, so colleagues in other locations can take part too. Danish or English.

Frequently asked questions about talks and workshops
A standard talk typically costs DKK 18,000, and a talk tailored to your situation DKK 28,000. Prices are exclusive of VAT and cover preparation and a talk of up to 90 minutes. The price is the same online and in English. Travel outside Greater Copenhagen is charged at the Danish government’s official mileage rates. Workshops and longer programmes are priced by scope. If you have a fixed budget, include it in your enquiry, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do the job within it.
A talk usually lasts 45 to 90 minutes and fits into a conference, a leadership gathering or a staff day. A workshop takes 2 to 4 hours, because participants do the work themselves along the way.
The talk gives the whole organisation the same picture and a shared language in an hour. The workshop takes on your own meetings, agreements and rhythms, and participants leave with something they’ve written themselves. Many choose a talk in the morning and a workshop after lunch.
A talk works well from 15 participants up to several hundred. A workshop works best with a smaller group, so everyone gets a chance to speak.
Yes. Every topic can be given in person, online or hybrid, and in both Danish and English.
