Who is behind this
Built on experience, not slide decks
Founder Jesper Riedel spent 20+ years in international tech organisations, 15 of them at Microsoft. Ten years as a manager, seven of those leading hybrid teams across eight markets, long before hybrid work became everyone’s problem. When we say we have sat with the responsibility ourselves, we mean teams spread across countries, time zones and home offices.
We work with Danish and Nordic organisations, from management teams to HR functions, that want hybrid work to lift performance and wellbeing rather than quietly erode them.

A note on language
The full site is in Danish, but we work happily in English
Our website is in Danish, because that is the language of the teams we work with. But keynotes, workshops and programmes are delivered in English just as often. Many of our clients have English as their corporate language. Want to browse the rest of the site? One click translates all of it.
